Spicy Green Smoothie Drink

A healthy and delicious tangy spicy yet sweet concoction of fresh garden fruits and vegies.



Use the blender to liquify the fresh fruits and vegetables or in other words follow these basic directions:

Put everything in the blender until it is nice and smooth.

Add water or any kind of fruit juice to make it a smoother liquid.

Add ice if you'd like a frozen smoothie.

Taste test along the way to add your favorite flavors, but remember the more fruit, the greater sweetness and more calories. The more greens, the greater amount of vitamins and nutrients.
