Baked Parma Tomatoes

Baked Tomato

Baked Tomatoes with Parmesan Cheese offers a crisp, garlicky cheesy taste. Can be served as a Vegetable Side Dish or just a snack.

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil, Fresh Garlic, Sliced Fresh Red Tomatoes, Grated Parmesan Cheese, Basil

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Slice Tomato and Fresh Garlic. Coat baking sheet lightly with Olive Oil. Place sliced tomatoes on sheet, lightly sprinkle sliced fresh garlic and Parmesan cheese. Add one leaf of Basil on top of each tomato slice. Drizzle lightly with Olive Oil and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

  • Preparation time: 10 minutes
  • Cook time: 15 minutes
  • Total time: 20-25 minutes
